Use customer remote control to login Factory Menu: 

1) To bring up the “Factory Setting” Menu, this time using the customer’s remote control not the LG REMOCON as below. With the user remote control and press “INPUT”, the input menu appears.

2) Enter password [3], [1], [9], [5] and the Factory Setting Menu appears. 

3) If the having upside down problem on the screen, you can login to the Factory Mode => Panel Control => Mirror Control there to change the setting. The Mirror Control will flip the image on the screen 180 degrees or upside down. 

a) Scroll down to highlight “Mirror Control”. 

b) Use the Cursor Right or Cursor Left button to toggle between On and Off. 

To return to the Factory Setting Menu, press “Settings”. 

4) Test Patterns (Factory Setting) Testing Screen 

Select “System Settings” on the Factory Setting Menu. Use Test Patterns to help with the examination of the screen’s condition. Example: When looking for pixel issues, white balance issues, white uniformity and/or light bleed, the procedure can be facilitated using these patterns. The patterns of White, Red, Green and Black can be selected using the Cursor Right or Left buttons when “Test Pattern” is highlighted.  

a) Scroll down to highlight “Test Patterns”. 

b) Use the Cursor Right or Cursor Left buttons to toggle between the different patterns.  

To return to the Factory Setting Menu, press “Settings”.
